Take A Look Inside Kevin Durant’s New, Insane Malibu Beach House

Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant seems to enjoy living in California and is planning to live there during the offseason, as well. Durant bought himself a new house, and it’s a stunner. KD paid $12.05 million for the 5,136-square-foot mansion in Malibu, which is located at the ocean front. It may be a couple hundred miles south of his workplace, but it still is the same state.

It is a fully automated smart home, that includes a movie theater, a huge gym and an elevator.
