Following “the norm” has never been something Josh Childress was willing to do. From choosing to attend Stanford University to deciding to leave the NBA (Atlanta Hawks, Phoenix Suns, Brooklyn Nets, New Orleans Pelicans) to play overseas, Josh has made it a point to be himself and live by his own rules. Yet, no one really knows why this basketball player known for his curly-afro and potential would decide to pass on an opportunity that so many young guys hope to get. But then again, he isn’t worried what other people think.
