Kyrie Irving And His Dad Share A Heartwarming Scene At His Boston Introduction
“I’m excited to get started. This is a very, very, very exciting time, and I can’t wait to share all this with you, as well as with the coaching staff, the ownership group and all my teammates. Let’s get it. Celtic pride.”
That was Kyrie’s first official message to the Celtics universe.

Kyrie Irving really seems to be excited to represent Boston green from now on. It’s really hard to not wonder about how things between the Cavaliers teammates are, simply because Kyrie is way happier now that he is gone.
Prior to Irving recording the ‘Celtic Pride’ video, for the Celtics’ Twitter channel, he had a heartwarming scene with his father.
Irving took his first Celtics jersey and passed it along to his father Drederick. Then he gave him a hug and said; ‘Thank you, dad.’
