Knicks Announcers Rip Kristaps Porzingis On A Hot Mic
After Carmelo Anthony left the team this offseason, everyone is expecting the Knicks to turn into the Kristaps Porzingis show.
The Latvian big man has all the tools to become one of the best big men in the league. But, he still has to improve his game and become more consistent.
During the Knicks’ preseason game against the Brooklyn Nets, Porzingis even got ripped by his own announcers. Porzingis disappointed with only 6 points (2-of-7 shooting). and a hot mic during halftime commercials captured Knicks announcers Alan Hahn and Wally Szczerbiak preparing to rip on air.
“The other thing you could do is just kill Porzingis for being minus-20 in 16 minutes,”
“Dude, like come on, man. You’re a star. This is what you’re doing? You’re just out there?”
