Dirk Nowitzki Fails At Meaningless Dunk, Shrugs It Off Beautifully

This is one of the reasons Dirk is loved by so many fans. He does not take himself too seriously.

During yesterday’s double OT win against the Kings, Dirk Nowitzki tried to follow up a goaltend by Acy with a little dunk. At age 37, this did not go too well.

He failed miserably and missed the dunk.

But Dirk would not be Dirk, if he wasn’t the first person to joke about it. After the game, Dirk tweeted:
