Andrew Bogut Gives Hilarious Explanation On Why He Decided To Sign With Cleveland

After Bogut reached a buyout with the Philadelphia 76ers, he met with the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Boston Celtics and eventually decided on joining the defending champions Cleveland Cavaliers.

The obvious reason for Bogut is the chance to win a championship this year and the Cavaliers were looking for an experienced back-up center. This deal is a win-win situation.

NBA sideline reporter and journalist David Aldridge texted Bogut, after he signed with the Cavs, because he wanted to know why Bogut chose Cleveland, and Bogut’s response was hilarious.

“I heard it’s beautiful this time of year.”

Everyone who has visited Cleveland before, does not need an explanation on why this indeed is a hilarious response, for all the others, check out this video.

Last year, the Warriors picked up former Cavs player Anderson Varejao, this year it’s the other way round. On second thought, this isn’t funny or surprising as every veteran free agent seems to either joing the Cavs or Warriors these days.
